Healthy but tasty foodHello, I am trying to eat a healthy meal each evening, but do not have a lot of time to prepare, and am often in a rush!!!
Does anybody have any quick, healthy dinner ideas, that are also tasty?

If I don't have long to do dinner I tend to go for a stir fry.
Stir frying isn't as bad as people often think, especially if you use XV Olive Oil. I tend to buy the ready made packs of stir fry veg from the supermarket, they are about £1.50 and half a pack is 2 of your 5 a day.
Also I have discovered a new Chilli Soy Sauce which is really nice and means I don't need to add any other sauce to it!
Which means effectively you are just eating a plate of vegetables, but the chilli soy makes them a lot less plain!.
