HommousI have recently returned from Greece where I had the most amazing hommous. Has anybody got a traditional recipe to create this chickpea dip, as my boyfriend has tried to make it on a number of occasions and can never get it quite right  !! Any ideas please?
PS - the hommous is greece also tasted slightly sweet, does anyone know why?
