What are the best, or most memorable beers you have tried in 2007?
Here is my selection (in no particular order):
A pint of Kwak in The Rake, Borough Market
A flute of Deus des Flandres
Fuller's 2004 Vintage
A cracking Liefmann's Kriek of tap in Paris
Lefthand Brewing Company's Milk Stout
Innis and Gunn - their Blonde beer and the 2006 limited edition
A bottle of Delirium Christmas
Half pint of Delirium Tremens off tap in Sankey's, Tunbridge Wells
A stein of Paulaner Dunkel in the Bavarian Beerhouse, Old Street
Morrison's Organic Ale, brewed by Wychwood - a quaffers dream!
Ice cold Mythos while watching the sun set in Greece
And a pint of London Pride in a backstreet boozer in Chiswich - amazingly well kept beer, just brilliant, straight from the brewery, and to think I moaned when I saw that they only has Pride on!
Incidentally, the 2006 Innis and Gunn, the Fuller's 2004 and the Deus des Flandres were drunk on the same night!
2007 was a good year for beer - 2008 will be even better!
